Signs of R134a conversion?

How can I tell if my a/c system has been converted to 134a?

Look at the nipple of the low side(Larger A/C horse). I think it is larger than the R12. May have an adapter attached to it.

The service connections on an r134 system are quick connect type fittings with no external threads. R12 service connections have external threads. Simply remove the protection caps with your thumb and forefinger to check.

Good luck,
