Need set of 3rd row seat belts + sunroof issue

Hi all, Mercedes newbie here.

Just picked up a 300TE wagon, very clean, runs gr8, but has 2 issues:

1. 3rd row rear facing seat belts are missing. Any ideas where to locate a set, either new or used? Is there a site most of you like to go to for discount replacement parts?
2. Sunroof not operational. Fuse looks OK, so I assume there's an electrical relay that's bad. Where is it located and is it an easy fix?
