removing 124 seat backs
I know in the 126, you remove the two philips screws on the bottom of the back and pull downward..
I did that on this 124 chair and no matter how much I pull it doesn't wanna budge... Anyone have any suggestions on how to get the back of the seat offf? I'm trying to remove the arm rest... Thanks Kris

After removing the screws, have someone sit in the seat or otherwise compress the foam so that the material along the sides is slack, use a small screwdriver or other item to pull the tex/leather material rearward/out of the groove in the seatback.
