Red face Is Mobil 1 0w good in winter?

Hi, I have try to do a search first on this, but did not find anything. But , here goes...I have just moved to Minnesota and the temp will get below 0 and I was wondering which motor oil
should I use in this temp.? Mobil 1SYN should I use
0w?, 5w or 15w? one more question what is 0w anyway? please help and thank-you
