The best parts to grab at a junkyard...

I thought I would ask...

I have a 1993 190E 2.6 and would like to stock a bunch of spare parts from some local junkyards. I realize I should probably focus on running wrecks , but what parts should I focus on getting into my "parts room"?

My goal is to have a stock of decent used (less expensive) engine management, fuel delivery and ignition parts available for emergencies. I will probably start with a spare head if the price is right.

Any, and all suggestions are appreciated,

David

As many electronic bits as you can take. Climate controls, instrument panels, the computers and amplifiers under the dash, etc. Hard to get and expensive things like interior trim parts (wood especially). Exterior parts that break easily like tail lights, corner lights, hood stars, If you have room, bumpers and fenders.

Most engine parts are available for a reasonable cost so I would concentrate on fuel injection pieces, the expensive electronic controls, and grab that head if possible.
