Update. So far we have replaced the air flow meter because it had dead spots. Seemed to be better but no joy yet. Dying out seems to still occure. There was some sort of note to crank up the pressure by turning the hex screw about 1/8 of a turn in the EHA. Tried that but still no joy. Out of desperation, I took out the cleaned injectors and changed them. Much better. Response was better too. I remember being told that cleaning the injectors was a temporary measure and that it could come back again. Seems to be true. Changed the Cold Start Valve and at this time, I believe the problem to be solved. Car starts good.
