560SEC (117.968 engine)

Does anybody know what this vac control valve controls? Its presently sitting loosely between the distributor and idle control valve. I don't see anything like this on my other 117 engines...

Part # is 001-140-20-60

I need to replace it because the bottom (blue) vac nipple is broken off. Easy to figure out what line attached there - the nipple is still in the end of a vac line in the vicinity.

Should there be one on the other two 117 motors I have (this one is an '86 Fed version) ?:

1990 Calif
1984 Euro

Is it supposed to be up by the distributor and next to the ICV?
