Vacuum issue on 300CE

I recently replaced the cylinder head gasket and water pump on my '91 300CE. No problems with that, but now my center vents are not blowing, occasionally when I put the the car in gear it just sits there like its in neutral, and the window shield washer doesn't water. Are these all related to a vacuum issue? If so, where should I look? I found a vacuum line loose from the fuel body, and an electrical connection disconnected. Where else should I look?
Thanks
