Michelin wipers at Costco

Anybody buy these at Costco recently? Look a lot like the Bosch wipers. I don't think they fit modern MB's; not my w203 anyway. Am I wrong?

I bought some of the Michelin blades for another car and was not impressed. Look closely at the package and you will see that they have permission to use the Michelin name--they are not made by Michelin. I hate tricky/misleading advertising.

Bought a set for my Jeep and they went bad in just a few months. IMHO, the quality is very poor!!

Thanks, I thought the price was a little too good to be true. Upon closer inspection, made in china.

I hate when I do that.

Not everything made in China is bad, but a lot of it is...they need a program like the Japanese started in the 60's. When I was a kid, everything from Japan was junk except for Sony electronics and MAYBE Panasonic stuff. Back then, "Made in Japan" was equivalent to today's "Made in China". Did that program pay off, or what...

The scam in those days was "made in USA", that is Usa, Japan. How things change.

I bought a couple sets of those from WalMart about 2 years ago. They were actually pretty decent blades and did a good job, lasted a long time etc...

I just had to replace them on one of my trucks about 4 months ago. I went with the same blades only from Advance or Autozone (cant remember). After only 4 months the metal between the rubber in the blades is rusting, the black paint is coming off and the blade arms are rusting as well? Total crap...

Weird that the first set was pretty good and now they are complete garbage. They must have changed manufacturing plants or something.

I would not buy them again.

I just get the refills from my local dealer. $9 for the driver's side and $12 for the passenger.

I've been buying the Bosch refills at Auto Zone. They seem to be about the best wiper blades I've ever used.

Recently on How It's Made they did a show about wiper blade refills. I don't remember if they told who the manufacturer was or not, but it was very interesting. I love that show!
