My first smog since I got the car 2 years ago.
Its had a history of not passing on first time. Not sure if that is becasue it has been a stored car w maybe 100 miles per year for many years or they took it in cold. My 88 Volvo passsed a few months ago tips were engine at temp full gas tank new oil tire pressure etc I'll do all that but just wondering how it was converted & if that hurts it. My main question is there is a flexible metal alum tubing coming out from under the pass side exhaust manifold area & its not connected to anything. If that could be a problem I;d like to have that fixed before I fail a smog? Here is the pic. Thanks Any other tips? Should the day temps be as cool as possible? humidity? anythiing helps
