How do you take the Front Door Panel off 1999 ML320?

ML 320 Door panel

I forgot how I removed my door panel (3 years ago "pull outwards or pull up") to replace the window regulator. I do remember needing a drill to go thru the rivets holding the window regulator and replacing the rivets with nuts & bolts.
