Squeak Please help I have this annoying squeak in the front end of a 190E with 190,000 miles. Steering is tight and doesn't pull in any way, but the squeak (like if something didn't get greased) is very annoying, let alone embarassing at a gas station bay! What do I need to do? This is my baby!! My first Mercedes, and I love her!

I would like to know the sequence of the squeak and when the squeak comes about, i.e. driving over humps, over when turning the steering?

Have you done a search on this as this seem to be a popular re-visit.

I had squeaks coming when I went over speed bumps or the front suspension stretched out and then compressed. Had the dealer check it out and they couldn't find anything wrong, just sprayed silicon grease into the bushes and presto the noise is gone.
