94 E320 engine wiring harness mystery
I purchased an engine wiring harness according to the vin number. All of the online retailers list two different harnesses. The harness I received is the wrong one; it has a main connector with four rows of 11 contacts. The main connector on the vehicle's harness has just two rows- one with 18 contacts and one with 17 contacts. I cannot find a picture that matches the harness on my vehichle and I am afraid to just order the other part until I can confirm I am going to get the correct part. The paper label on the original part is quite faded. Here is all of the info I am able to gather:
vin: WDBEA32E6RC072439 '94 E3220 Sedan number on the paper label: ?20.11.99 number on the plastic body of the main connector: 1 928 400 numbers on the molded rubber boot of the main connector: 023690/2 and 005463037 Any guidance is greatly appreciated! |
