190e speedo needle is scary !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

190e speedo needle is scary !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes when I start to drive my car the speedo needle goes from running ok to jumping all over the place. Afer a while, or if I slow down to under 10 mph, it goes back to being ok again. Please help, again, and thanks in anticipation.
