Post 98 c230 Blower Motor Issue. Please advise!

98 c230 Blower Motor Issue. Please advise!
I have a 98 c230. The blower motor for cabin air does not blow even 1/4 as hard as my 93 400e. At high speed as indicated on display, the motor sounds as if it is blowing out hard, however the air is barely coming out at any of the air ducts. At any postion, the air seems blocked, like the duct work is out of line, or some (flap?) is closed. The unit looks like everythnig is in place as stock, but we have some malfunction somewhere.
Winter is on its way here in Alaska. manuals do not explain much about this issue.
I need experienced knowledge for input on this.
Diagram/Schematic of ducts?

Let me know what you think, and what I should look at first, beyond the usual obvious things.

Thanks!
Chris

Answer:

A plugged cabin filter is common.

Other possible issues: Blower regulator or motor failing.

This was indeed a VERY plugged "Cabin Filter".
The diagrams helped educate me on this model, filter maintenance.
THANKS!!!
Works like New!
