Replace Alternator 1992 190E

Looking for instructions on how to change the Alternator, I had the two bolts loose on the alternator, accessed from the bootom of the car, but the belt was still tight, it appears there is a third bolt that I coul dnot get at, all the pics show two that I have seen, The Tensioner Bolt is also not that accessible, I do not want to wrench on this whith out loosenong the main bolt, any tips on how to do this with out a full dissassembly

The alternator has only the two bolts. The bottom bolt is a collar bolt and once it has been removed the alternator can be swiveled to let the belt tension off.
