Whats going on with my instrument clusters appearance?

Thanks for those tips. Well, yes the car has been from high humidity states all of its life. Its always been a southeastern USA car. Originally from Florida, then South Carolina, then Georgia, now Tennessee - we are the humidity capitols of the world, but you are in FL, you know what I am talking about.
