would you let Mel Gibson drive your car?

A friend in the NYC movie business needs to get a W123 coupe for a Mel Gibson movie.
Preferrably a blue one.

Anybody in the NYC area willing the have their blue W123 coupe in a movie?

Yes, it's a paid gig, though I don't know how much per day at the moment.

Thx -CTH
PS. If they can't find a blue one, they'll consider another color.

I wouldn't let Mel Gibson within 20 feet of my car.

That depends on what they were doing with it, and how much they were willing to pay. It seems most MB's in the movies lately have been destroyed!

Wait, you're going to be in the movie? Will you be some kind of car-related extra, or did they decide to sack Mel Gibson and give you the lead?

With a title like that you might want to install some waterproof seat covers before sending it up there...

The plot sounds like a skit from a late night show....not a movie.
