replacing feul injectors 91 300E

My 91 300E is having hard 'hot starts'. Stalls at times only immediately after starting. I was told that I had good pressure and the foul injectors should be replaced. I'm not much of a mechanic, but changing the foul injectors seem like something I can handle. I've never done it before. Is it as straight forward as it seems or is it a tricky operation. I have a straight 6 gas engine.
