Trucktec window sliding jaw replacement - HELP
I bought an aftermarket sliding jaw for the Left rear of my 1994 E320. It was made by Trucktec. It doesn't look like the MBZ original, and I simply cannot figure out how to install it. Any experience out there with installing it would be greatly appreciated.
If it works, it would save anyone a great deal of money as they are available for 3-7$ at lots of outlets. It is the exact same unit sold on FastLane as p/n W0133-1635869 for $5.69 I emailed the manufacturer in Germany and they replied: unfortunately we don't have instructions for this task. But we tried on one sample and it fitted Mit freundlichen Grüßen You would think that they could at least give a hint of how to do it. e.g. does it snap in, do you have to remove many old parts, etc. Come on guys, surely someone has done it.
