High Beam Flashers = Broken
High beams work then pushed forward past the detent for constant on. But they don't work when pulled back for "flashing."
I assume (statistically) that the the combination "knob" (whatever you call it, with blinkers, wipers, etc) is faulty, commonly. But I figured it's possible that I have a fuse that's burnt (and not visually; we're talking HAIRLINE). I haven't checked or changed them... Is it possible for the highbeams to not flash (only constant on) because of a bad fuse?
