Need more help with my M103

I managed to figure out my plug wires from my last post, put it all together just fine and drove the car, it ran so well... Then, the car gets warm and dies, with no restart.

I gave up for a few days and tried driving it today about 3 miles, ran beautifully over to my parents house, had it idleing in the driveway when after 5 minutes it dies, I tried stretching it out for a few minutes by raising the revs and that worked only for a little while, then it died. No restart, yet.

So, it seems that once something reaches a certain temperature it starts running really poorly/dying, and it isn't linear with coolant temp perhaps o2 sensor? I really need a great meeting of the minds here people, I like this car a lot and really can't afford for it to be cantankerous. (1993 300E 4M M103 130,000k)
