A/C Compressor Oil - Experts chip in please

I have read as many threads as possible on flushing the a/c system, replacing the compressor and charging the system with R12. The car is a 1986 300E and I am replacing a failed compressor.

There are a few suggestions to switch to synthetic oil for the compressor. I have come across a few and am looking for suggestions/recommendations:

Duracool A/C Oil Chill - http://www.duracool.com/Duracool/acoilchill.html

Supercool Ester oil with U/v dye - http://www.supercool.ac/Lubricants.htm

BVA 100 auto ester glow - http://www.ackits.com/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=01&Product_Code=41-50062-8

Is there any other synthetic oil that is recommended?

Thanks.
