E-Class A-Pillar Clacking / Rattling TSB

My car just began suffering from this affliction. A hardcore rattling is emanating from under the speaker area at the lower corner of A-pillar, but I have now confirmed that it is originating from the A-pillar / wheelhouse junction.

There was a TSB that referenced a missing tack weld on some cars in this area that turns into a rattling, clacking sound over time. Can anyone post a PDF of this TSB? I'd like to rectify the problem with factory documentation if possible.

Thanks,
Gregg

OK I found the info on my WIS software.
It had a good illustration on where to check for the missing welds. Discovered the welds were in fact there.
Noticed that flexing the front fender would reproduce the clacking creaking sound. Loosened up top fender mounts, lubed with Tri-Flow teflon lubricant, tightened hardware, and horrible clacking rattle is GONE.

Resolution: if the corner of your dash near windshield sounds like a coffee can full of screws, check the fender/wheelhouse area under the hood before tearing the whole right side of the dash apart (like I did).

I remember suffering from this on my 300E. Yes, it was front fender-related, passenger side. Loosening and then re-tightening the upper bolts fixed my problem as I recall.

Just thought I'd bump this thread. I had a clacking/rattling coming from the a-pillar/speaker/windshield area. Very annoying. And it was starting to show up a little bit at idle too. Loosened and re-torqued the passenger fender bolts as per above, and its back to like riding in a bank vault again. Now onto the squeaks from the backseat area.
