Fuse #1 blowing

Fuse #1 blowing

1995 SL500 Fuse #1 keeps blowing and cannot figure out why. Last thing I did before this problem was replace the blower motor regulator which required moving some wiring. Cut the harness open in a few spots and the wires look great. Any suggestions?
