93 300 se cooling fans not working

fans not working when temp reaches 100or even 120c.any suggestions where the problem is?don't want to drive until corrected

There is a strip fuse under the hood against firewall, its just like the blower motor fuse on the strut top. There is a ceramic block under the headlight area between headlight and abs pump, sometimes the wires corrode or the block cracks. If thats good try putting power directly to the fan to check to see if they spin. If they do replace the engine temp sensor (2 wire).
