300TE Electrical problem

Need a Place to start. 1990 300TE I bought as a project. Coming along very well, except certain electrical items aren't working:
Radio, Door Locks, Dome Light (though the sunroof on the same unit works), Interior Lights, Back Up Lights, Rear Top brake Light, and the Antenna.
Do these have anything in common I should look for? I checked some of the bulbs and know they work. I have changed all fuses to new ones. New to this, and looking for a place to start.
