After looking at the layout myself, I must agree with you.
There is no way to run a belt unless there is some kind of pulley with bracket at the air pump location. The challenge is to find an M119 without air pump with the bracket and idler pulley. It seems like it will be a lot less difficult to remove the pump, replace the bearings and put it back....LOL
