A very simple job, but you gotta do some homework first. Buy a book, even if it's just the Chiltons manual. Better yet, get a copy of the MB repair CD. Personally, I don't understand how anybody could own a 30 year car and not know how to do brakes.

believe me...nothing...assuming you have experience...you do have experience yes? In general automotive repair? Yes? Otherwise I would say no....this could be $30 or it could $500....I am serious

Yes...Brakes...
I don't care about brakes anymore....swear to God, ALL brakes (disk or drum) work the same way and it doesn't matter if its' a Fiat or a Chevy or a BMW or Yugo...I don't care...braking systems all work the same way...It's what they call, hydrolic or something like that there....
