calipers typically look frozen to first comers....
Oh! I can't retract the piston back in! Yeah, you can if you know what you are doing...don't even need to break the brake line....simple but alot of people think the piston is going to retract back into the caliper with a fingers touch or else it's toast....not true.....if it were that simple there would be no mechanics.....and they know that you don't know....get it?

Just to confirm that you even have a problem, after driving a mile or so, without braking much, when you stop and turn off the car, the left disc will be warm to cool and the right (if there is a problem) will be hot.
Did you ever say how you determined this problem? As I said before, if you actually have a problem, it could be caused by a bad (restricted) brake line (hose) so in that case replacing the caliper will not help. There are ways to determine if it is or isn't. What symptom do you have?
