Front drive shaft flex disk.
OK, I have egged out holes on the front hard rubber flex disk.
And I purchased a new one. But..... 1. How do I identify the front vs back of the new part? It has funky off center washers. Long/thin on one side, fat and wide opposite. Whnbe viewed from the drive shaft to the engine, which direction do these washers point? CW or CCW ? 2. The kit I got has 3 allen bolts and 3 hex head. Is there an order for each? Like hex for the drive shaft, or hex for the transmission holes? 3. Do the bolts go head side to the back, head front, or alternate them? Thanks!

good rule of thumb is that the side of flexdisc with writing on it goes toward the drive shaft.

Sorry, no writing on the new disk. (But there is a P/N on it!) The old disk has no arrow,
but does have words and a number, and this is to the back. But if I would install it with the P/N to the drive shaft/back, then the off-center washers would be opposite of how the current/bad disk is installed. Maybe this one was installed wrong? It would have been neat for U:RO to include a simple diagram in the kit....but when I queried them, they didn't know for sure either... Any additional suggestions would be appreciated !
