Coolent temp sensor with 2 posts HELP!!

So I want to replace my coolent temp sensor, but I can't find the one I need !!!! check on here and other site everyone has the 4 post one but know one sells the two post one that I need, for my 400E

That is the coolant temp sensor for the 400E that is on the intake that controls signal to the relay for aux fans. I have a 400E and tjts1 is right.

Stupid me for using EPC and having spent the last 10 year selling and installing parts for Mercedes in addition to owning a 400E witch i replaced that sensor two weeks ago using the parts number i gave, That must be why my temp meter is working.

I am not trying to be rude when I said it was the right part but the 2 wire sensor he is asking about, that is the correct one. There is also a 4 prong sensor for temp. The 2 prong controls the Aux fans not the gage. You are correct in your statement but he is correct with his statement also.

There are 3 sensors on the manafold a two prong for fans, (the one I need) what are the 4 prong And one prong for ???

So got a new gauge sensor, coolent temp sensor, and res cap just installed them took it for a ride and let it idol parked for a while temp got to the middle of the 100-120 and the fans kicked in successsssssss!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the help
