Air Flow Sensor Adjustment
Do you have any fully/detailed document about adjusting air flow sensor recentering/adjusting?
I searched it this forum and different forums and couldnt see detailed document about it. Please with pictures,really need it. Thx |

I am assuming this is for the J-Ket system...
It is very simple. Crack the nut on the top of the airflow plate and use strips of paper (3-4) spread evenly at opposing corners and it should align itself in the center. Then just tighten the nut and on your merry way! This is how I did mine and it worked perfect. Height adjustment requires removal of the airflow body. Unless you want to 'increase' the height in which that can be done from the top.

To do this,Do i have to bridge 30-87 terminals?
Or remove battery cables? |

No other work is needed as long as the height is correct so you can skip when they mention bridging the fuel pump relay. If you jump the relay remember fuel will be entering your engine everytime you touch the plate and you could flood the engine easily.
Here is the factory pdf on the centering. They mention using a tool to center, but strips of paper worked perfect for me and it is centered accurately.
