Question PHANTOM SRS LIGHT AND GHOST RADIO!

My srs light comes on and the radio turns back on after having turned the car off completely and removing the key.

i take the key out of the ignition and verything is off.

i open the door to get out of the car and the srs light turns on and the radio starts back up. (radio is left in the on position)

i shut the door and everthing turns back off. until i start the car and it works again.

im at a total loss.

ive been reading over peoples posts but the passanger head rest does not rais or lower with the power switch on the door. Im not sure if this is a problem that would cause the ghost radio and srs light.

please help

thanks!

i think that is caused by a diode in the warning module designed to stop power feedback when the door is opened and the entry and dome lights turn on.

you have to replace the warning module i believe under the steering wheel. easy to find just make it come on and follow the noise.

there is no noise when the radio and srs light come on because the key is off...

when i start the car the light comes on and there is a buzzing alarm.

take panel from under the steering wheel and trace down the buzzing noise and you will have identified the warning module.
