S430 shudder

Hello. I have a 2002 S430 that shudders around 50 mph when I maintain pedal or add moderate acceleration. Heavy acceleration is normal. I can take it out of overdrive and the shudder stops completely. 121000 miles. Ideas?

Thanks
Brian

Trans mount OR motor mount issue.

Has the trans fluid been changed?

Fluid same but I just had the engine and trans mounts changed with Mercedes factory parts. Was done by our local independant but the parts came from the dealer. I don't know if the problem was there before because the engine mounts were so bad but it is sure there now.
