Driverside mirror motor or control unit repl.

I did search forum, seems like no one ever answers about side mirror
Can anyone please explain, or point me to a thread showing the complete process to replace the power mirror motor or unit inside the mirror housing, I'm getting tired of packing newspaper behind it to keep it from flopping around while driving. I assume the door panel and who knows what else has to be removed? I would like to remove it first so I know what I need for sure.

Anyone have the power mirror unit, and maybe both gray visor clips with electric connector for vanity mirror?

I can sell you a manual one....how many times do you really have to adjust it anyway?

It is set in memory for myself and my wife, she would shoot me if she had to adjust it manually, I didn't think the w124 style came in manual?
