1992 e400 power loss problem
My 400E has an intermitant power loss problem. Out of the blue the car will lose power for just a couple of seconds. Tried new plugs recently and the wiring harness looks good. The Crank angle sensor does give me a reading of 850 ohms cold and 1000 ohms at running temp. Fuel pressure is good when the problem is not present. There was a code in the computer of 26 communication between engine and diagnostic computer? Does anyone have an idea what to check next? Thanks John

Have you checked your ETA's wiring?
Only one code?? that surprising..typically there is Always more on the various pins or are you just working off the DM built into the system? Jonathan
