steering wheel cocked to left

i just replaced both left and right side tie rods, the center drag link and the steering damper on my 89 300ce anyone know why the steering wheel is about 15 degrees to the left, but the car drives pretty straight, will a front end alingment fix this issue? also the mileage is only 65k is this premature wear, the ball joint ends were extremely worn, loose, popping badly while turning wheel

You did it. Adjusting the tie rods on the rack while the wheel is centered will fix it.

Even the dealers can screw this up.
