Pictorial DIY M104.995 Idler Pulley and Serpentine Belt Replacement
Although my car is a W210 1996 E320, but with the engine M104 this DIY is also for many W124 cars of the later MY.

Nicely done. Can you replace the serp belt after removing the idler pulley without removing the fan blade unit?

Hey thanks nice to know what tools you need.I don't remove fan for belt replacement.
