switches

I have a 84 190D and was trying to take the center console out when the air recurculation switch fell apart. I am trying to put it back together but cant figure out how it goes back together, does any body have a picture or can explain how it goes back together. Thankyou.

Does it look like the common switches inside?

I think I have a spare around that I can open up if it does not.

It should only have one contact arm and 2 balls (one on each post).

arm = that 'U' shaped metal piece that moves back and forth.

A pleasure, sir.
