I have a leaking water pump (95,700 miles), and have removed the pump while awaiting the replacement pump. Without the replacement pump in hand I'm curious as to whether or not there is a gasket that is mated between the block and the pump? Or is there only what appears to be a rubber o-ring on the mating face of the pump. Is there a gasket on the engine block also?
Any other "do it while your in there" aside from the T-stat replacement? Thanks, John Ryall 95' E320 88' 928S4 96' Ford Contour 86' Jeep Grand Wagoneer
