Vacuum diagrams/locations?

I have a line coming off of the pressure regulator at the intake. The part of the line that is left is broken, covered in an oild/dirty gunk and pops up right where the air cleaner plugs into the Valve Cover. I have no clue where this goes. any help would be great. Thanks
