w201 headlights out. fuse or relay?

I don't have access to the shop manual here at work and this will be a parking lot repair.

Could someone tell me where the headlight relay is? Also is the fuse in the engine bay or in the kickpanel?

I going to do the relay 'tap' to see if it helps. I need my headlights to get home tonight.

Thanks guys.

if it were a fuse....it would be two separate fuses in the box near the firewall on the driver's side.

two fuses. interesting.

since both headlights went kaput at once, it is now pointing to the relay.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to the location of the relay?
