And does anyone in the U.S. sell it? 55,00 € just for shipping is too high.

Get this and save some money for other stuff. It works same and have very good range. Search for keyless entry On diesel forum here and you will find very easy steps to wire this. I actually did buy that same kit but for an Asian car. Now I want one with the Mercedes style remote keys for an E320.

I understand what you are saying but if you read reviews about those mercedes style keys they are not good. Cheap plastic and breaking in less then a year.
I have to convince myself as well for not going with those but it's your decision after all.

I wish I could buy a simple keyless entry with a quality looking remote (no key). I hate the cheesy flip key remotes, and everything else looks like it was made by Fisher Price.
