Simple question- coolant resovoir leak typical for 202?

Noticed the other day that the coolant low light came on.

Put water in, then noticed the seepage around the upper expansion tank hose.

I was hoping for a split in the hose but it seemed fine,no apparent cracks on the nipple and no obvious steam during opertion so I cleaned everything thoroughly and went out last night.

This morning it looks like this:

Typical for the upper nipple to fail?

IS APA/URO OK to buy or is it trash?

Thanks- it's seeping under pressure, very slowly.

This damn car lives in PHX and I'm in Vegas right now, I'm not taking a chance on Chinese garbage. Not around here.
