Brakes 93 400 SEL (w140)

I recently did the brakes on my car, installed new rotors, new pads, and sensors front and back.

And after the work was completed I hear a very ear piercing squealing noise from the front brakes, I don't hear it when the car is cold and I just rolled off the driveway, only a few blocks after. and I also don't hear it if I just tap the brakes slightly and give the car time to slow down.

Any ideas?

I have used the silicone-based lubricant that came with the disks and also dismantled the brakes a week later and used the Brake Quite (like paint) lubricant as well.

Thanks in advance

did you use MB parts?....I have had major problems in the past when I did'nt use MB brake parts.......excessive squeeling was a problem I had
I think wiht the 140 it may be extremely sensitive because of the cars massive weight

I used original Rotors and sensors but I have used Bendex Pads.

Do you think that is it?

I have seen a few brands on FastLane what is the best one?

Thanks
