Where is the fuel filter and how to replace it? I did not see a location by the rear wheel well.

apb, guess you realize the fuel filter and fuel pump have a black protective cover. On most MB automobiles it's in front of and slightly inboard of the right rear tire, and secured by 10mm black plastic nuts.
