107 SUBFRAME MOUNTS

For those who saw my thread under 450slc restoration will know that I am rplaceing all the suspension parts. I got the old subframe mounts out easily but the new one just dont want to go in, must they be pressed in or are they supposed to just slide in?

also what is the procedure for replacement of rear trailing arm bushes? Is this easy or a pita?

Thanks in advance
