First replace the o-ring seals and if that does not resolve it, replace the EHA.
Running off the bottom could just be o-rings.

Well, took it apart and the o rings are in good shape. cleaned it up and put back together and it still leaks.

Well put the new (used) EHA valve and still no start.

Finally got her going, my son and I took the distribiter cap off and it was fried inside. I had a good used one and runs now, still sounds like it is missing but my son is happy.
