Just changed Transmission Filter and fluid and now get code P0700

I also replaced the electrical part that can leak transmission fluid. I installed the amount of fluid that I removed but have not had a chance to check the level.

I had to take my daughter to school and was driving slow and it was shifting through the gears then the warning light came on and the car did not want to shift. I drove tops 30mph and the rpm's were 2000-24000.

Would low fluid level set off this code? I cant think of any thing else that would have caused this.
